What PageWorks is, what it replaces, what it costs and what it will not do.
What is PageWorks?
An SEO content engine. It finds the searches your customers make, publishes articles that answer them, rewrites the posts that are not ranking yet, and tracks the results. It works every day without being asked.
Does PageWorks really replace an SEO agency?
For the content side of SEO, yes: keyword research, planning, writing, publishing, rewriting what does not rank, tracking and reporting. That is the work most retainers pay for. It does not do link outreach, PR or paid ads.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra. PageWorks is included with PipeWorks Complete. See the PipeWorks plans for what Complete costs.
Do I need PipeWorks?
Yes. PageWorks is part of the PipeWorks Complete plan and runs inside your PipeWorks instance. It is not sold on its own.
I am on a different PipeWorks plan. What do I do?
You would need to move up to Complete. Contact us and we will walk through whether that makes sense for you.
Who sets it up?
We do. Our team installs PageWorks inside your PipeWorks instance, connects it to your site and Google Search Console, and sets the pace with you. You never need server access.
How long does setup take?
It depends on your site, so we give you a real estimate when we talk. We would rather tell you a real date than a fast one.
Is the writing done by AI?
Yes. It writes through the AI subscription you connect to PipeWorks, so the usage sits on your own AI plan where you can see it. Every article has to pass quality checks before it is published, and anything that fails is retried.
How many articles does it publish?
As many as you set. You choose how many new articles go out per day and how often each topic gets one. You can slow it down, speed it up or pause it from your panel.
Will it change pages that already rank well?
Pages that already rank are only changed when the search data supports it. The daily rewrites focus on posts sitting below page one.
Can two of my pages end up competing for the same search?
PageWorks is built to prevent that. Each article gets one keyword and a matching page address, and its rules stop a new article from targeting a search another page already owns.
Can I approve articles before they go live?
PageWorks is designed to publish on its own once an article passes its checks. If you need a review step, tell us when we talk and we will be honest about what is possible for your setup.
What do I see when I sign in?
Results: rankings, organic visits and conversions. Improve: what was rewritten. Publish: what is coming and when. Health: anything stuck, which is empty when all is well.
Which website platforms does it work with?
It runs today on sites built with PageWorks CMS. Every installation is connected to the site by our team, so if yours runs on something else, tell us and we will give you a straight answer.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and nobody honestly can. PageWorks does the consistent daily work that ranking takes and shows you the results. Where a page lands also depends on your market and your competitors.
What happens if I leave PipeWorks Complete?
Your sign-in keeps working in read-only mode, so you can still see your results. Automated publishing and rewriting stop. Everything already published stays on your site.
Still have a question?
Ask us. We will answer plainly, including when PageWorks is not the right fit.
